Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geophysics, Geology, Physics, or related Earth Science.
• 15-20 years of industry experience in technical geophysics, including land operations.
• Demonstrated depth in quantitative interpretation: rock physics model development, seismic inversion, elastic-property utilization, and seismic attribute analysis.
• Prior hands-on experience planning seismic surveys and overseeing seismic data processing and imaging, sufficient to understand product provenance, quality, and limitations.
• Track record deploying geophysical products to end users and driving their full utilization in support of business decisions.
• Experience supporting both exploration and development objectives, including applying geophysics to drilling and completions, pore pressure prediction, and depth prognosis for well landing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of quantitative interpretation products across land assets, including rock physics modeling, seismic inversion, elastic-property estimation, and seismic attribute analysis.
• Deploy geophysical and QI products to end users, translating outputs into decision-ready insight.
• Set technical direction and standards for QI workflows; mentor junior geophysicists and collaborate with engineers and interpreters.
