Job summary

TPD® Workforce Solutions seeks a Senior Geologist to lead and support a 30,000-meter gold exploration program from Bullhead City, Arizona. This leadership-track role focuses on guiding technical workflows, drill execution, data management, and planning with mentorship from the VP of Exploration.

You will mentor junior staff, manage field operations, and coordinate with executive leadership to advance resource-stage targets in a well-funded, fast-moving exploration environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mineral exploration experience (gold focus)
• Experience supporting drilling programs, core logging, field management
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related earth science

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support active 30,000m drilling programs, core handling, and field logistics
• Assist in designing drill holes, tracking geological data flow, and optimizing outputs
• Support geological modeling, low-sulfidation epithermal gold interpretation, and resource-stage targeting
• Manage, guide, and mentor junior geologists and technical field staff
• Oversee daily field operations, vendor coordination, and administrative site workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to solve operational and geological challenges

We are seeking a Senior Geologist to join our dynamic exploration team and support an active 30,000-meter gold exploration program based out of Bullhead City, Arizona. This leadership-track role focuses on guiding technical workflows, drill program execution, data management, and operational planning while working closely alongside our highly experienced VP of Exploration. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 10+ years of mineral exploration experience (preferably with focus on gold or low-sulfidation epithermal systems)
• Proven experience supporting drilling programs, core logging, and technical field management
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related earth science discipline required
• Comfortable balancing time between field operations and remote work
