Brightpath Associates LLC in the United States seeks a Senior GEOINT Analyst for the JGASS II program to deliver real-time geospatial intelligence to SOF and GCCs worldwide. You will leverage FMV, EO/SAR imagery, and GIS tools to drive the F3EA targeting cycle while mentoring junior analysts in high-tempo environments.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, 8+ years of progressive intelligence experience, and strong leadership to guide complex workflows and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 8 years in operational and tactical intelligence.
• 6+ years GIS and imagery analysis experience.
• 6+ years embedded with or supporting military units.
• SOF missions experience preferred.
• Leadership and SOP development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform real-time FMV exploitation and imagery analysis to support tactical operations.
• Provide targeting lifecycle support following the F3EA methodology.
• Integrate GIS data to solve terrain, route, and pattern-of-life challenges.
• Maintain geospatial databases and streamline data workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead analytical projects.
