ITASCA North America is seeking a Principal Geochemist to provide technical leadership and grow client relationships across the U.S. and North America.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required and 20+ years in geochemistry or related field.
• Strong leadership, client-facing skills, and business development experience.
• Experience with mining geochemistry, water quality modeling, and environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership on mining geochemistry and environmental projects.
• Lead field and laboratory programs, and review geochemical data and models.
• Mentor staff, grow client relationships, and lead proposals and project strategy.
• Translate complex geochemistry into actionable recommendations for mine planning and closure.
