Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy.
Experience in GEO and Search.
Experience with digital transformation, customer experience, or platform-related initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and API-based integrations.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging digital ecosystem trends.
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization.
Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage GEO performance across multiple clients in AI-driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
Build and execute GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals, including short-term wins and long-term authority building.
Develop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate what impacts LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusion.
