Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of generative engine optimization and digital ecosystem transformation programs in Albany, NY. You will translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives, aligning SEO, content, and technical workstreams to improve AI visibility across LLM-powered environments and conversational interfaces.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy.
Experience in GEO and Search.
Experience with digital transformation or platform initiatives.
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization.
Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead GEO performance across multiple clients in AI-driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
Build GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals, including short-term wins and long-term authority building.
Develop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusion.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve AI discoverability through structured content and technical SEO alignment.
Collaborate with content strategists and writers to create LLM-friendly, citation-worthy content.
Audit client sites and digital ecosystems to uncover gaps impacting generative performance.
