Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in Biochemistry, Parasitology, Molecular Biology, or related life science field.
- Eight+ years of genomics/metagenomics study planning and data interpretation.
- Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with development of experimental design and plans for genomic/metagenomic analysis and reports.
- Analyze primary data and conduct downstream assessments as appropriate.
- Present data reports to research staff and review findings.
- Develop charts and figures to display results; assist in manuscript preparation.
- Contribute to new project designs and grant proposals.
- Support conference papers and peer-reviewed publications.
- Maintain competency through training and scientific collaboration.
