Job summary

AFMIC American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. seeks a Software Systems Engineer with Genesys Cloud CX Platform expertise to design, implement, and support enterprise contact center solutions in Madison, WI.

You will translate business needs into detailed system designs, build integrations, and ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments that improve customer experience across channels. This flex office/home role requires regular in-office collaboration at the Madison headquarters

Qualifications

Experience with Genesys Cloud CX Platform including admin, routing, IVR, reporting.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud integrations via APIs and middleware.
Ability to document and model designs and SDLC processes.
Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Analyze high-level system requirements and translate to detailed designs.
Design, develop, configure and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate contact center needs into scalable solutions.
Lead testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Provide documentation for design decisions and configurations.
Ensure design, performance, reliability and security of solutions.
Troubleshoot Genesys platform incidents and performance issues.
