A cutting-edge AI startup is looking for a ML Scientist in Austin to build GAI/LLM models from end-to-end. You'll conduct pioneering research, collaborate across teams to implement solutions in e-commerce, and manage data pipelines while training and optimizing algorithms. Ideal candidates have a Ph.D. or Master’s in a relevant field, with 2-5 years of experience in real-world AI applications, especially in the e-commerce sector. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI applications end to end in real-world applications, preferably in e-commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of transformer-based models, attention mechanisms, and optimization strategies for LLMs.
• Expertise in large-scale model training, especially with parallelization techniques.
