Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior AI/ML software engineer to build AI-native, multi-agent geospatial products that turn vast data streams into actionable intelligence.

You will design workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration tools, integrate GPT-4 and additional models, and deploy secure, scalable AI systems in production while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degrees preferred but not required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 7+ years of proven experience in a relevant technology domain, with preference for software engineering and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native products that transform large-scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence.
• Design multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks to enable autonomous reasoning and execution.
• Integrate state-of-the-art LLMs to power contextual analysis and adaptive decision-making.
• Engineer agents for dynamic tool use and iterative self-refinement.
• Develop robust data ingestion and transformation layers for pattern-of-life analysis and predictive analytics.
• Ensure secure, scalable integrations across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Deploy and operate AI systems in production using modern DevOps practices.
