You will design prompts, implement guardrails, and collaborate across product, data science, cloud, and security teams to evolve AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes building REST APIs, microservices, and backend services with a strong emphasis on CI/CD, testing, and version control.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for app development and AI workflows.
• Experience building REST APIs, microservices and backend services.
• Strong understanding of Git, automated tests and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM providers (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience implementing chat apps, AI copilots, agents, function calling and tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Design prompts, templates, and evaluation-driven improvements for accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Implement AI guardrails, content safety, privacy, and responsible AI workflows.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for accuracy, relevance, latency and cost.
• Monitor production systems and continuously optimize performance.
• Translate AI concepts into business-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product, data science, cloud, security, and stakeholders.
