Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an AI Guardrails & AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions within an enterprise environment. The engineer will enable direct model access across cloud and hybrid environments, developing APIs, SDKs, guardrails, observability, and orchestration for production AI workloads.

The role requires deep expertise in LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows, with collaboration across security, risk, and platform teams to ensure governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-based apps and GenAI in cloud-native environments.
• 5+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs).
• 5+ years of experience in prompt engineering.
• 5+ years in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• 5+ years in agentic workflow and governance across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Integrate with OpenAI, Anthropic, and other model providers.
• Develop APIs, SDKs, guardrails, observability, and orchestration for production AI workloads.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, and platform engineering to establish governance standards.
