Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in Python and familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Proven track record integrating AI agents into enterprise applications.
• Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end Agentic AI workflows using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tune LLM prompts for enterprise use-cases.
• Integrate AI agents with existing microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in prompt engineering and tool calling.
