Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer in Dallas to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, leading the development of Agentic AI apps and automation platforms. You will build scalable systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks while collaborating with architects, product teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 5+ years of software design and development experience delivering applications in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI systems.
• LLMs, Transformer Architectures & Foundation Models.
• Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Tool Calling & AI Agent Orchestration.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Architectures.
• Responsible AI, Governance & Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Lead the development of Agentic AI applications and intelligent automation platforms.
• Build scalable AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize AI platform performance.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC using Agile and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
