Job summary

Atlas seeks an experienced Programmer/Analyst with a deep focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across complex business environments in the United States.

The role requires 10+ years of delivery experience, hands-on expertise in Generative AI architectures, multi-agent systems, RAG, NLP, forecasting, and enterprise AI integration. You will partner with stakeholders and lead solution delivery end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience delivering technology, analytics, software engineering, AI, or enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI delivery in enterprise environments.
• Strong enterprise AI architecture understanding and modern LLM patterns.
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise search.
• Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python, with modern software practices.
• Experience with NLP, forecasting, and recommendation solutions.
• Ability to translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with requirements.
• Architect multi-agent AI systems coordinating agents, workflows, tools, data sources, and apps.
• Build RAG solutions including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and prompts.
• Develop conversational AI using enterprise data sources and knowledge bases.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility, value, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop reusable AI components, APIs, prompts, and integration patterns.
• Implement security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
