You will drive safety, schedule look-ahead planning, cost review, and subcontractor management to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers and train craft workers while maintaining quality control and clear reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the same industry.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor field engineers.
