Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in civil construction.
• Water/Wastewater plant construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, architectural drawings and specifications.
• Previous experience leading construction operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of labor staffing, means and methods guidance and equipment requests for field projects.
• Provide guidance and oversight of construction quality control.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Field Superintendents on staffing needs.
• Ensure timely arrival and deployment of equipment to sites.
• Lead site superintendent activities on large projects.
• Plan weekly field meetings to update staff on operations.
