Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Senior General Manager in Marion, OH, to shape the guest experience and drive store performance. You will coach your team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and ensure operational excellence while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in paid training, lead weekly leadership calls, and advance the business through staff development and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $$19.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission

What We Are Looking For
