Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Senior General Manager in Holly Springs, NC. You will coach your team, drive guest satisfaction, and exceed sales targets while preserving operational excellence in a fast-paced store environment.

You will develop your Assistant General Manager, lead day-to-day store operations, and participate in training and leadership calls. The role is hourly with uncapped earnings potential through commission.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

You will have a high level of accountability for all retailstorefunctions and for communicating and implementing the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entirestorestaff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee, and acting as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will also complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls. You will drive our business forward by always motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction.This is an hourly role.

• Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
• Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs.
• Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.

Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $18.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift ten pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

• Attend and successfully complete required training programs (may include overnight travel at company expense).
• Complete ongoing online and computer-based training throughout employment.
