You will identify key facts, coordinate with providers, and assist attorneys across multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in General Liability defense, with experience handling subpoenas, discovery, and case-management tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience in General Liability defense, including discovery and subpoena practice.
• Trial-prep exposure and established network of experts/providers or a plan to develop one.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, serve, and respond to discovery and subpoenas; track deadlines and deficiencies; maintain logs and ticklers.
• Intake, organize, and summarize records; create medical chronologies; identify gaps and flag issues.
• Identify treating providers; coordinate IMEs and expert engagement; prepare expert notebooks.
• Conduct legal and factual research (LexisNexis/Westlaw); draft pleadings and discovery materials.
• Manage calendars and deadlines; schedule depositions/hearings; coordinate with Courts and counsel.
• E-file in state and federal courts; prepare exhibit binders; coordinate court reporters.
