Job summary

Admiral Insurance Group seeks a seasoned Claims Superintendent, General Liability to oversee high-exposure CGL claims within an E&S framework. You will manage complex matters, coordinate with counsel, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to drive effective outcomes and reserves accuracy.

Travel up to 20% and collaboration with partners will be essential as you uphold policy terms and best practices for loss management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive commercial insurance claims handling experience.
• Focus on Commercial General Liability lines of business.
• Ability to assess priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Present facts of claims and recommendations to committee as necessary on General Liability claims.
• Incorporate all claims into company records and review for applicability of coverage.
• Prepare large loss reports and participate in mediations/trials as necessary.
• Supervise activities of Independent Adjusters, investigators and defense attorneys.
• Adhere to procedures and best practices; ensure coverage compliance and claim integrity.
• Comply with reporting requirements of treaty and facultative reinsurers.
• Attend broker relations calls/visits and industry seminars.
