Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience in health care, corporate, privacy, or regulatory law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on government programs for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and DSNP.
• Support regulatory filings for Promise Health Plan.
• Coordinate with Compliance on regulatory matters and enforcement risk.
• Lead and mentor teams and manage cross-functional legal projects.
