Job summary

You will lead tuning and model customization, build proofs of concept, and mentor field teams, while aligning field work with product roadmaps. Travel within EMEA may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as deep technical authority on generative AI and LLMs for strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with solutions architects to scope and design GenAI use cases.
• Build proofs of concept and reference implementations for large-scale workloads.
• Lead fine-tuning and model customization engagements.
• Channel feedback to product roadmap and represent roadmap externally.
• Mentor field engineering through workshops and reference architectures.
• Represent the organization at conferences and customer briefings.
