Qualifications

• 7+ years of programming and systems analysis experience.
• 3+ years in GenAI or AI/ML development.
• 2+ years in DevOps deploying cloud-hosted solutions.
• Experience building Generative AI apps including RAG and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with Scrum and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Generative AI solutions from functional, technical, and risk standpoints.
• Develop and implement GenAI solutions to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems.
• Design, code, test, and deploy modular AI architectures.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Mentor less experienced programmers on complex projects.
• Stay current with AI industry advances and apply them at scale.
• Build effective relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
