Job summary

NTT DATA Deutschland is seeking an AWS Data & AI Platform Engineer (Gen AI Senior Engineer) to join our Charlotte team. You will design, develop and deploy scalable GenAI solutions with a focus on AWS cloud enablement, collaborating across teams to deliver production-ready AI systems with strong security and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in GenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and cloud-native engineering, plus hands-on experience in containers, CI/CD, and secure coding.

Qualifications

• Extensive GenAI implementation experience across enterprise environments.
• Proficient in building LLM-based applications and GenAI architectures.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph and Foundry Agent Service.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure AI systems and pipelines.

Responsibilities
