Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer to guide senior engineering pods that deliver GenAI solutions for strategic clients. You will set technical direction, remove delivery blockers, and stay hands-on with design and review tasks, while influencing client leaders at the executive level.

Leaders will manage onshore/offshore configurations, deliver cloud-based data pipelines, and ensure production-grade quality across AI platforms. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/DS/Engineering.
• 7+ years in software/data/analytics engineering or related field.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client/production environments.
• 1+ years using Palantir Foundry, AIP or Maven on projects.
• 1+ years leading engagements and translating problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years writing maintainable, documented code.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client-facing engineering partner for product, data and platform leaders.
• Lead discovery, define success metrics and a phased path from prototype to production.
• Influence executives and align IT and business around a shared vision.
• Represent Deloitte FDE in pursuits, briefings, and platform engagements.
• Lead pods of 2–5 engineers and ensure delivery health across workstreams.
• Architect and oversee LLM-enabled applications with enterprise platforms.
