Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions.
• 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP or Maven.
• 1+ years of experience leading project workstreams and translating business problems into AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior client-facing engineering partner for product, data and platform leaders.
• Lead pods of engineers, manage delivery health, and enforce sprint cadences and risk management.
• Architect and oversee GenAI solution development including copilots and RAG pipelines.
• Guide data pipelines, CI/CD, testing, logging, and documentation practices.
