Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to translate customer challenges into AWS Generative AI/ML architectures and deploy targeted solutions at scale. You will engage senior engineers, data scientists, and executives to shape architectural decisions and guide long‑term strategy.

You will collaborate with partners, build proof‑of‑concepts, and lead technical problem solving for critical workloads while representing customer voice to product teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience including software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• 5+ years of infrastructure, database architecture and networking experience.
• Experience working with end user or developer communities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development to influence go‑to‑market strategy and participate in technical events and customer engagements.
• Lead complex technical problem solving to unblock customers’ workloads.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product teams and field/central colleagues.
• Be a thought leader in Generative AI with blogs, whitepapers, architectures, sample code, and public talks.
• Support an internal AWS community of technical experts and create field enablement materials.
