Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: Graduate or Doctorate in information technology, Neuroscience, Business Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 8–10 years experience in developing Data Science, AI, and ML solutions with focus on generative AI and LLMs in MedTech/Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Experience in identifying opportunities to optimize business through analytics, AI/ML and use case prioritization.
• Strong analytical business acumen paired with domain and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis/preprocessing for training and fine-tuning language models.
• Develop scalable applications using LLMs with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and productionize ML/AI models.
• Design and optimize NLP systems and architectures, including Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Deploy AI components as services/REST APIs on Cloud or Kubernetes and test them thoroughly.
