Technology Ventures seeks a Senior Full Stack GenAI Engineer with 10+ years of software experience to design and build agentic AI solutions automating enterprise workloads. You will craft backend services in Python, ensure LLM-powered apps run on AWS, and deliver production-grade AI solutions with robust security and governance.

The role covers end-to-end development, integration with enterprise platforms like SharePoint/Confluence/Jira, and frontend interfaces using ReactJS or Streamlit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years delivering GenAI-based enterprise applications.
• Strong backend and frontend engineering skillset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications that automate enterprise workflows and decision-making processes.
• Build scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using GPT/Claude models.
• Build AI agents and orchestration workflows with LangChain/Strands.
• Implement RAG solutions using vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Prepare data and curate datasets for AI and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Design document ingestion pipelines for SharePoint, Confluence, Jira.
• Deploy AI workloads on AWS with security and scalability.
• Develop and integrate enterprise APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
• Implement authentication using Ping Identity, OAuth2, OIDC, SSO.
• Build UIs for AI apps using ReactJS or Streamlit.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Containerize apps with Docker and deploy to cloud platforms.
• Follow security best practices and vulnerability management.
