Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience launching production AI-driven solutions.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in AI/Computer Science.
• Preferred: multi-agent systems experience with LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and optimization techniques.
• Preferred: post-sales or technical consulting delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows for measurable ROI.
• Architect integration layers between Google's AI products and customer infrastructure.
