Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a senior IT architect to design end-to-end GenAI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, establish standards, and guide multi-team delivery.

You will lead architecture reviews, define governance, roadmaps, and evaluate GenAI platforms, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native designs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT architecture or related technical discipline experience.
• Ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Capability to establish standards, governance, and blueprints for microservices and cloud-native designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GenAI-enabled architectures embedding LLMs, RAG, and AI agents into core systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical design assessments to ensure standards and security.
• Create technology roadmaps and governance frameworks for scalable delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with external stakeholders when required.
