Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to advance our private GenAI platform and LLM capabilities. You will work with high-velocity teams to design, deploy, and refine AI tools and use cases across multiple business units.

You will leverage AWS Bedrock/Lambda, LangChain, and containerized services, while focusing on secure, scalable, and user‑friendly GenAI solutions that align with Skechers’ product and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with some Generative AI exposure.
• Strong REST API design experience and JSON/HTTP proficiency.
• Hands-on Python and modern frontend frameworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of GenAI tools and private LLMs.
• Coordinate with security, data, and business units to integrate AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI pipelines on AWS and monitor performance.
