Job summary

Accesa is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design and ship Generative AI applications and agentic workflows. You will develop and operate AI workloads on the Databricks platform, shaping model selection and orchestration standards across the delivery lifecycle.

The role requires senior-level expertise in AI/ML engineering, hands-on experience with LLM-based or agentic systems, and strong programming and design fundamentals. This is a fully remote position based in Romania.

This is a senior-level engineering position within a Data & AI practice, centered on building production Generative AI and agentic AI systems. The work pairs agent-based LLM architectures with the Databricks data and AI platform to deliver scalable, real-world capabilities. It is offered as a remote opportunity based in Romania.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship Generative AI applications and agentic AI workflows

Requirements

• Comfort working across data, model, and deployment boundaries
