Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack Generative AI solutions within Agile teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) design and development for new AI-driven use cases.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
• Participate in internal/external tech communities, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Review technical requirements and ensure alignment with established standards and best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing AI systems, resolving issues efficiently.
• Document system designs, implementations, and processes to maintain knowledge transparency.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and solution design experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in one or more: Deep Learning, LLMs, NLP, Speech, Conversational AI, or AI Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, Go, Rust, C/C++).
• Practical experience with at least one Large Language Model (LLM), e.g., Llama, GPT, Claude, Falcon.
• Hands-on expertise with a deep learning framework (PyTorch or JAX preferred).
• Experience building scalable solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong technical communication skills—able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
