Robotics Technologies LLC, based in Plano, TX, is seeking a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications, AI agents, chatbots, and RAG-based solutions. The role requires US citizenship, Green Card, H-1B, OPT-EAD, CPT, or other eligible work authorization.

You will lead technical workstreams, mentor junior engineers, and own cloud-native architecture, data ingestion, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search within

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience developing enterprise GenAI applications, AI Agents, and Chatbots.
• Strong experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience with data ingestion, document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI guardrails, safety controls, intent classification, and routing logic.
• Experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, application security, scalability, and production deployments.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Nice to have: AWS AgentCore experience.
• LLM tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• AWS serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Financial services, insurance, or other regulated industry experience.
