Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Plano, TX seeks a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer to build and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications, AI agents, chatbots, and RAG-based solutions.

You will lead technical workstreams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure secure, scalable production deployments using cloud-native architectures and AWS Bedrock.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS Cloud Services and AWS Bedrock experience.
• Enterprise GenAI apps, AI agents, and chatbots development.
• Strong RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation experience.
• Data ingestion, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI guardrails, safety controls, routing logic.
• Microservices, REST APIs, distributed applications.
• Cloud-native architecture, security, scalability, and production deployments.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior engineers.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer with strong experience building and deploying enterprise-scale Generative AI applications, AI agents, chatbots, and RAG-based solutions.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience developing enterprise GenAI applications, AI Agents, and Chatbots.
• Strong experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience with data ingestion, document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI guardrails, safety controls, intent classification, and routing logic.
• Experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, application security, scalability, and production deployments.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior engineers.

Good to Have:

• AWS AgentCore experience.
• LLM tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
• AWS serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Financial services, insurance, or other regulated industry experience.
