Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a Sr. AI DevOps Developer who is bilingual in Korean to design, deploy, and support enterprise AI agents and GenAI solutions for clients in consumer electronics and retail.

You will work hands-on on GenAI/LLM development, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production readiness across cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP). The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration and producing scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience, with hands-on GenAI/LLM development strongly preferred.
• Experience in IT consulting or client-facing environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI agents, GenAI applications, and AI-powered automation based on client requirements.
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and improve AI solutions across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and LLM integrations.
• Provide DevOps and production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI models/frameworks and recommend solutions for client projects.
