Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience with hands-on GenAI/LLM development.
• Experience in IT consulting or client-facing environments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI agents, GenAI applications, and AI-powered automation per client requirements.
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions with client stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and LLM integrations.
• Provide DevOps and production support including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI models/frameworks and recommend suitable solutions for client projects.
