Job summary

Aavalar Consulting, Inc. seeks a senior hands-on technical lead to own GenAI application architecture, agent orchestration, and implementation. You will directly code and guide engineering across stateful, multi-agent systems that deliver enterprise content creation and personalization.

You will design API-first microservices, implement RAG and grounding, and ensure reliable, observable production code. The role requires deep expertise in Python or TypeScript, AWS Bedrock, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI applications.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices and API-first architectures.
• Proven ability to design stateful, multi-turn GenAI systems.
• Experience with RAG, grounding, memory, and context management.
• Strong knowledge of structured contracts and machine-readable outputs.
• Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise platforms.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and deliver production code.
• Strong AWS Bedrock and AgentCore experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a stateful GenAI application for enterprise content creation.
• Design multi-agent orchestration across AI agents, APIs, and data services.
• Establish architecture, coding patterns, and API-first design principles.
• Develop services generating structured JSON/HTML blueprints for downstream apps.
• Implement memory, context retention, and multi-turn interactions.
• Build RAG and grounding to tie outputs to source material.
• Create streaming GenAI interfaces with clarification flows and error handling.
• Render structured responses including tables, charts, and citations.
• Define evaluation strategies and production observability for reliability.
• Integrate GenAI with enterprise platforms and content repositories.
• Make key technical decisions, review work, and drive scalable practices.
• Deliver production-quality code with architectural ownership.
