Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc. seeks a GenAI Architect to lead enterprise AI/ML solution design, governance, and delivery in a regulated financial services environment.

You will define platform architecture, governance standards, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and MLOps/LLMOps practices across Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience with deep Azure expertise, experience with agentic AI, and strong governance, security, and observability skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and AI/ML systems experience.
• Expertise in Azure AI services, cloud architecture, and enterprise deployments.
• Experience with Agentic AI workflows, RAG, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Hands-on MLOps/LLMOps, model training, fine-tuning, and eval pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong AI governance, security, compliance, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern AI platforms leveraging Azure tools.
• Design agentic AI frameworks, governance, and observability.
• Lead RAG architectures, evaluation, prompts, and cost optimization.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps with versioning, drift detection, pipelines, deployment governance.
• Drive security, compliance, and data governance per regulations.
• Define long-term AI roadmap, including on-prem/private hosting and routing frameworks.
• Mentor teams and conduct architecture reviews.
