Job summary

You will define platform architecture, AI governance standards, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and MLOps/LLMOps practices while steering Azure AI technologies. The role requires hands-on leadership in Azure OpenAI, governance, and scalable deployments, with emphasis on security, privacy, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and AI/ML systems.
• Proven Azure AI services and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance in financial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern AI platforms on the Azure stack.
• Define agentic AI frameworks and governance models.
• Lead RAG architectures, prompts, and cost optimization.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices including model versioning and drift detection.
• Drive security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews.
