Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years AI/ML engineering and 6+ years total engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Hands-on with ADK (Agent Development Kit), LangChain, and LLM/GenAI systems.
• Production-grade systems experience in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of API integration, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in regulated financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications and agentic systems using LangChain and ADK.
• Build multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and workflow automation.
• Develop robust guardrails for safe and compliant AI behavior.
• Integrate AI with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and internal systems.
• Design real-time and asynchronous AI pipelines (REST, streaming, WebSockets).
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Drive best practices and reusable frameworks for AI engineering.
• Ensure observability and performance optimization of AI systems.
