Job summary

The role blends solution architecture, hands-on engineering, and customer conversations, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI practices and scalable ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in traditional ML with 2+ years in Generative AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph or similar agent frameworks.
• Strong Python skills for API wrappers and tooling.
• Background in Transformers, CNNs, RNNs; TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, Azure OpenAI and other models.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication; translate complex tech for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics.
• Comfort with startup pace and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end GenAI and agentic AI apps at scale.
• Design LLM-powered workflows and multi-agent strategies.
• Build intelligent agents with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Own ML/GenAI pipelines: training, deployment, monitoring.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Champion responsible AI: mitigate hallucinations and bias.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering.
• Mentor engineers and influence long-term platform strategy.
