The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI and prompt engineering, along with extensive hands-on experience in AWS services. A strong foundation in programming with Python, as well as experience in ML and AI system design, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in ML, NLP, AI system design with 1-2 years in Gen AI or Agentic AI.
• Practical experience with foundational models like Anthropic Claude, fine-tuning, and safety mechanisms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its data science stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop MVP User Stories and support backlog creation.
• Utilize DevOps CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.
• Must clearly communicate with team members and leadership.
• Hands-on contribution and mentoring of developers in the team.
• Ensure overall team delivery and troubleshoot issues.
