Qualifications

• Production-grade Generative AI and deep learning solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Transformer architectures, PyTorch, and multi-GPU training.
• Experience with SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, and policy optimization methods applied to model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gen AI best practices and thought leadership to the EMEA technical community.
• Drive Gen AI adoption across EMEA with sales and field engineers.
• Provide data-driven input to influence product strategy and priorities.
• Advise on enterprise Gen AI architectures and remove implementation blockers.
• Translate research innovations into production-grade AI applications for key customers.
