Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms. You will work across LLMs, RAG, graph-based retrieval, multi-agent workflows, vector stores, and cloud-native deployments.

You will implement scalable back-end services with Python/FastAPI or Node.js, craft full-stack interfaces, and ensure observability, security, and governance across complex AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with RAG, Graph RAG, and multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Gen AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Develop multi-agent systems and tool-augmented reasoning.
