Qualifications

• 7-9 years of AI/ML or data science experience.
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms and practical applications.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation/testing.
• Strong Python and AI/ML libraries, plus SQL proficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-driven AI/ML solutions including RAG systems.
• Lead prompt engineering and testing frameworks for LLM apps.
• Work with large datasets to source, clean, and prepare data for modelling.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure risk oversight and compliance in model development and deployment.
