Job summary

About the role

At Insight, we are on the bleeding edge of what Gemini Enterprise can do. As a Senior Gemini Enterprise Specialist, you will bridge the gap between infrastructure and productivity, focusing on high-impact use cases within Google Workspace and Vertex AI. Unlike a standard deployment role, your focus is on innovation—finding, building, and packaging repeatable AI solutions that transform how our customers work.

You will act as a technical leader and solution architect, leveraging your infrastructure and GCP background to design robust, scalable tools. You will work closely with the AI team to ensure alignment while carving out a distinct niche focused on productivity and Workspace Studio. For this senior role, you will also serve as a technical evangelist, occasionally assisting with presales activities and delivering compelling demos to prospective customers.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, application development, or AI engineering.
• Proven track record of building and packaging repeatable technical solutions or products.
• Experience with Generative AI tools, specifically within the Google Cloud ecosystem (Vertex AI, Gemini).

Requirements

• GCP & Infrastructure: Strong background in Google Cloud Platform infrastructure to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-architected.
• Gemini & Vertex AI: Deep understanding of Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Model Garden.
• Workspace Studio: Ability to work with and extending Google Workspace using Apps Script and Workspace Studio to build integrated productivity agents.
• Solution Packaging: Ability to abstract custom solutions into repeatable, packageable assets for wider deployment.
• Development: Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for building integrations and lightweight applications.
• Data Handling: Experience connecting AI models to enterprise data sources (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Drive) securely.
• Excellent ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable components and design robust logic.
• A tenacity to analyze and solve problems logically, abstract key components from specific details and come up with creative solutions to any problem.
• Time management with the ability to manage multiple streams and concurrent customer projects.

The base salary range for this position is typically $110,000 to $130,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
