Job summary

Korn Ferry Group in Plano, TX seeks a GCP Design Engineer to design and implement IAM solutions in a cloud-first fintech context. You will build Identity and Access Management infrastructure using Terraform, and apply least-privilege principles to protect workloads and service accounts.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive automation, and contribute to Kubernetes-related initiatives as the environment evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud identity, GCP IAM, and Terraform.
• Experience delivering IAM designs with least-privilege principles.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer GCP IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud identity infrastructure using Terraform.
• Apply least-privilege principles to IAM designs.
• Work with service accounts, workforce identity, workload identity, federation, custom roles, deny policies, and IAM conditions.
• Analyze requirements and recommend IAM solutions and design approaches.
• Drive assigned initiatives and collaborate with other engineers to deliver.
